Passionate About Making a Change

Imagine what a truly free life would feel like— light as a bird, soaring through the vastness of the beautiful skies.

My mission is to help you experience that freedom—to empower you to achieve holistic well-being, build meaningful relationships with yourself and others, and embrace life with clarity, courage, and joy.

I genuinely believe that we all have the potential to create the life we desire. But sometimes, emotional baggage and past experiences leave us feeling stuck, burdened, or lost. If you're feeling this way—you’re not alone, and you don’t have to walk this path by yourself.

Though I began my career as an engineer, with experin in the corporate world and 4 years as an entrepreneur, life had other plans.

Thirteen years ago, motherhood nudged me inward. I wanted to be a "better" parent and understand my child’s inner world. What began

as a desire to support my daughter turned into a deeper journey of self-discovery, uncovering parts of me I had long forgotten. It led me

to my passion for emotional wellness and the purpose I now live by: to support others on their path of healing, growth, and transformation.

I’ve always been drawn to helping people, even as a child. Becoming a Counsellor just gave that inner calling a formal voice.

I have done a Diploma in Counselling as a from Banjara Academy,Bangalore and hold certifications as an International Licensed Heal Your Life® Teacher, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Art-Based Therapist.

I am trained in and integrate a diverse array of therapeutic techniques, including Gestalt therapy, NLP, Mindfulness, and Somatic-based practices. This eclectic approach enables me to customize my methods to meet the unique needs of each individual, supporting them on their journey of self-discovery and healing.

Over the past two decades, life has gifted me with rich, diverse experiences across industries, cultures, geographies, and roles. I’ve had the privilege of working with people from varied ethnicities, age groups, and professional backgrounds. And through it all, I’ve restarted my life many times. I know what it feels like to stand at a crossroads. I understand the vulnerability, the fear, and the quiet courage it takes to

begin again. This is why I meet you not just as a therapist, but as a fellow traveler. Someone who gets it. Someone who will walk beside

you with compassion, presence, and deep respect for your unique path.

Let’s begin your journey of healing, discovery, and transformation—together.
